In less than one day, nearly 6,000 voices joined the Florida Democratic Party in telling Rick Scott to veto his job-destroying Tea Party budget. He didn’t listen, but with an approval rating hovering around 29% he clearly isn’t listening to any Floridians.

We united on Wednesday, and we can’t lose momentum as we move forward in the wake of the budget signing. Rick Scott works for all Floridians – no matter what he thinks – and we must hold him accountable.

There are plenty of ways to get involved, but the best one is to pledge to vote for Democrats across Florida in 2012.
