11 a.m. Wednesday Press Conference
Elections Bill—HB1355

Representative Jeff Clemens (D-Lake Worth) invites you to attend an 11 a.m. Wednesday press conference concerning House Bill 1355, which pertains to Florida elections.

Representatives of several concerned statewide interest groups and members of the Florida House Democratic Caucus will participate.

Critics of HB 1355 have characterized the measure as a voter-suppression bill. They have noted that it would make it harder for some people to register to vote, more difficult for every vote to be counted, and would increase the power of special interests in Tallahassee.
