As we all know, Rick Scott has not been honest with Floridians about his scandalous background. Pleading the Fifth 75 times in a single deposition may have helped Scott hide from the law, but it can't hide his record from Florida voters.

Just look at the Scott rap sheet:
Scott hides from journalists to avoid facing tough questions about his record. Scott has a repeated pattern of either taking the Fifth Amendment in depositions, or ducking them altogether. Scott tries to hide his true net worth and hypocritical investments through misleading financial disclosure reports. As Attorney General Bill McCollum pointed out on his website only days ago, Rick Scott refuses to release a deposition taken only days before he announced his candidacy for Governor. McCollum still has not endorsed Scott out of concerns over Scott's "character."
No matter what Rick Scott says, being Governor of Florida is not a "private matter." Floridians are demanding that Scott come clean on the growing list of scandals he is involved in, which seems to get longer every hour. Floridians deserve to know that Rick Scott oversaw - and takes responsibility for -- the largest Medicare fraud in American history - which led to his former company pleading guilty to 14 felony counts and paying $1.7 BILLION in fines.
Floridians deserve to know that Rick Scott is systematically ducking debates, refusing to answer questions, and filing misleading financial disclosure statements that hide the truth.
And Floridians definitely deserve to know that Rick Scott's current health care company, faces new allegations of submitting false Medicare claims.
