The Primary Election is August 24 and Democrats will decide which one of four candidates will be on the November ballot for U. S. Senator; which of two candidates will be on the same ballot for Governor: which of two candidates will be on the November ballot for Attorney General. Democrats will also be voting in the non partisan races for 3 School Board seats and one Circuit Judge. Because only Republicans have filed for the District 4 County Commissioner race, all voters including Democrats will be voting and the winner will be elected. There are other contests that very by precinct and municipality.
